Yucatec Maya Healings and Womb Massage

1.5-2 hour Sessions in Gunbarrel (Boulder)

At the heart, the foundation of these sessions is about working in partnership with our compassionate helping spirits, the plants, copal, touch, spiritual baths and prayer. From there, we may be guided to include bodywork, egg limpias, soul retrievals, reiki, and ceremony.

This work is open to all genders & ethnicities when we find ourselves in times where we need more support on our healing journeys. By supporting our wombs, nervous system and emotional, spiritual and physical bodies, we can feel more at home and tune in to the frequency of our true authentic selves.

Other reasons people are called to this healing work are to help with womb/hormonal health, to increase fertility, to find clarity in their lives, to clear foreign energies and stagnant energy, to have support through transitions such as a new job, home, loss of a loved one, etc.

A sacred container for you to receive healing and blessings from the plants, your compassionate helping spirits, well ancestors and nature spirits

Full permission to listen deeply to your helping spirits and your body, to shift/move/cry/express yourself as comes naturally

Ask me about an option for an in home visit for an additional fee

Closing of the Bones Ceremonies

3-4 hour container in my office, your home, or the Sauna (during the Sauna season)

Postpartum Doula Support

Care in your home postpartum

Sliding Scale $30-40/hr

Container varies from weeks to months, depends on my availability and clients needs

Emotional Support and Check-ins

Planning and Visualizing what you might want/need Postpartum

Coaching on care routines with baby (sleep, eating, swaddling, etc)

Light housekeeping

Holding baby while you nap/rest/get things done

Nourishing Meal Prep

Herbal Support (tinctures, teas, herbal baths, wild food packages)

Spiritual Support (inspired by Yucatec Maya Healing such as like herbal baths, plant brushings, and smudging the home. Separate cost for womb massage.)

Herbal Medicines and Wild Food Packages

Herbal Medicines are made in season with local, homegrown or wildcrafted herbs

Herbal blends (tinctures, teas and baths) are custom blended for you depending on your needs and focus (examples are postpartum healing, mood support, sleep support, grief, etc)

Wild Food Packages are made in season (Spring-Fall) and vary week by week. They include herbal snacks, drinks, treats, and nourishment inspired by what is in season. (examples include Lemon Balm Donuts, Nettle Pesto, Wild infused Goat cheese, Marigold Cookies, Chokecherry Lemonade, Elderberry Syrup, etc).
